Couple questions and I think they are somewhat related.

When I download my Garmin (thanks for helping get that right BTW), and it shows lap data on different page. I see some folks cut and paste it into their main blog and the whole chart comes with formatting. I copy and paste and it is a bit of a mess. How do they do it so it looks nice?

Second when I cut and past something with charts, I have a hard time adjusting it like moving it, adding columns or deleting it. Like in my blog I have my mentor group some how when I moved my pike pictures it got inside that box. Any simple directions or place to point me how to work with the boxes so I can change, delete, or add columns?  I've played with the buttons but haven't been able to quite master it.

Thanks!

Let's see....here's what I did, I selected a point just in front of 'Lap Data' and ended in the last MHR cell...then CTRL+C.  I pasted it in the editor BUT you will not see the formatting until you submit.

Lap Data
LapTimeDistancePace/SpeedAHRMHR
112m 41s1.00 miles12m 41s /mile
212m 28s1.00 miles12m 28s /mile
312m 23s1.00 miles12m 23s /mile
412m 03s1.00 miles12m 03s /mile
511m 58s1.00 miles11m 58s /mile
611m 55s1.00 miles11m 55s /mile
711m 44s1.00 miles11m 44s /mile
811m 37s1.00 miles11m 37s /mile
911m 27s1.00 miles11m 27s /mile
1011m 20s1.00 miles11m 20s /mile
1111m 06s1.00 miles11m 06s /mile

Regarding modifying existing charts, say you want to add an extra row.  You have to be in an existing row right next to where you want to add or subtract a row with your cursor in it.  Then the buttons to 'Add or subtract' rows will highlite. Similiar to columns.

cool...I'm guessing it only can be done in blog section not in the training section (ie like run section)?

Correct...maybe that's why it wasn't working.

Correct, the comments sections for individual workouts are text only and will strip out any html.
