Subject: No more free training plans?
Let me preface my question with... I love this site and am a very regular user but don't really need most of the extra stuff and can't afford a site membership.

When training for my first race in 2006, I used a basic, free, minutes based, plan I got from here - are they still available?? Are they around and I just can't find them or are all the training plans limited to at least a Bronze membership?

Go to the big 'Programs' button:
http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/trainingplans-list.asp?h=1

And check the 'Free' radio button.  Couple dozen.

Thanks for replying. I tried earlier and clicked the 'free' button and "GO" but all that came up were Bronze level plans - I'll try again.

The Bronze level plans are the Free plans. What the Bronze designation means is that with a Bronze membership you can import them into your training log and use the advanced training log features to customize them.
