Good pace, run was slightly more than 5km. Felt good going into the race, goal was to maintain sub 5:00min/km, but not go below 4:30. First loop went pretty fast, and managed to keep the pace during the second loop.

Could have pushed a little bit harder but satisfied with my run

Need a new pair of shoes....had a hard time putting my shoes on the bike, the velcro strap popped out of the plastic thing....not easy to put back in with one hand while looking where you are going!!!!

Be better at putting my cycling shoes while on bike.

Some headwind (but not that strong) in one section but that section was mostly going down with a hill at the end. Felt very good on my new bike. It made a big difference. I was actually passing people instead of the opposite....

Went well, I racked my bike in the wrong spot at first, had to move it...
The insole of my left running shoe was not inserted correctly following the first transition. Maybe I should glue them to the shoe the next time....

Be carefull in the first transition to keep shoes ready for next transition

Felt good, was able to keep a good pace, even in the little hills. First 500m was at littler slower, but I managed to get into a comfortable pace quite fast.

No flat tire this year.......
