I'm doing the swim races myself. Decided again the tri the next day as well. Figured I didn't want to wake up early that Sunday.  |

JeepFleeb - 2009-06-08 4:34 PM I'm coaching a transition clinic on Sat (1pm) and racing the Olympic on Sunday. Just got it approved through the "boss" - swim race on Sat (not sure - either 300m or 750m), spend night at Marriot there, attend the Fireworks and concert July 4 evening, sprint the next morning.... Sounds like a fun holiday! There might even be time to go to Aaron's clinic

I can only imagine how warm "Lake" Caroline must feel, which is a much smaller body of water. It will definitely be a warm swim. |

I think last time it messed up my digestive track for about a year. Not sure, but I had issues hours after racing there... issues that stuck with for a year. |
