Probably 16-17mph, depending on conditions. I'm thinking I might start from my house and head north to Celina; round trip that should put me near the 3 hour mark.

I'll be doing 3-4 hours on Saturday morning with a 45min-1hr brick run after.  Pace on the bike should be 18-19, run somwhere around 9.  I won't be riding out of Plano though.  I'll be riding out from my house in Corinth (South Denton area).  If anyone wants to join you are welcome to.
