Subject: Workout with headache?Today, on my way to the gym for cardio and weight training, I got the hiccups, which resulted in a lingering headache....still lingering. I noticed during my workout that at times it got much worse and I had to back down the intensity.... What do y'all do for headaches if you dont have Excedrine on hand...take it easy or push through it? I felt wimpy for backing down, but I was tring to listen to my body. |
