Subject: Helmet Stickers
After a few bike races I am convinced that the least sticky material on the planet are the stickers they give you for the helmet.  I have a well ventend mtn/road bike helmet and I can't seem to get the stickers to stick well.  Normally there will be 1 part of the sticker that lets it hold on.

What are some tricks to getting them to stick.  Maybe hit the back with a spray adhesive?  Or put some kind of tape on the sticker so it sticks to the helmet?

I had just the opposite thing happen, I am still trying to get the residue of my helmet from my last race... could have been the rain though...

Put the sticker on a piece of tape that will actually stick to your helmet (without leaving residue hopefully).  Cut off excess tape and stick it on your helmet.  This is assuming the sticker will stick to the tape reasonably well.  Used to do this for motorcycle track day number stickers so my bike's paint wouldn't get all gunked up.  Blue painter's tape worked well.
