black fly ?

I am going but it's my 1st tri...actually I signed up for it to get get a good practice/complete run through in for my 1st tri....danskin in the 26th. ..if that makes sense.   Looked like a nice one...glad to hear they organize a good race.

I'll be heading up for the whole shebang!  Not sure if I'll be regretting it (especially with my lack of training w/ all the rain in the last couple of weeks), but I signed up for the 'Lord of the Flies' to do all 3.

Just wondering if anyone familiar with Waterville had suggestions as far as lodging options up there?  Looks like Town Sq Condos are full - so I'm looking at Black Bear vs. Golden Eagle vs. Snowy Owl Inn.  Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I'll be up there!  Just signed up 2 days ago.  I'll be racing the Int'l on Saturday.  Anyone clear on how the swim start works?  I've read it's a time trial start with racers off every 3-5 seconds but I didn't put in an expected swim time so I'm not sure how they're going to do the seeding...any thoughts?
