Oakland to have a TRI in 2010?

So one of my coworkers told me they read in the paper that the city of Oakland was going to have a triathlon next year. Not sure of the distances. I am still trying to find the article. She said she saw it in the Tribune or Daily review. Has anyone else heard of this.
