Subject: Between tri's
Hey All!
I just finished my first sprint tri on sunday, had a great time and met most of my goals (under 2 hrs, run the whole 5k, but not under 30 min.).

So the question is, I have another tri the beginning of Aug. (about 6 weeks out) what kind of training should I be doing? Should I just jump back into the 13 week program from the 6 week point? I've really only been following that plan for the runs since I ride with some people on my swim team.

Yes, you can repeat the last 6 weeks (or 5 now).  Or you can get on the last 6 weeks of a plan that may be slightly more challenging - maybe one that get's you one more workout in your weak sport per week.  That way the training is new and you don't get bored repeating the same plan.
