Subject: Between tri'sHey All! I just finished my first sprint tri on sunday, had a great time and met most of my goals (under 2 hrs, run the whole 5k, but not under 30 min. ). So the question is, I have another tri the beginning of Aug. (about 6 weeks out ) what kind of training should I be doing? Should I just jump back into the 13 week program from the 6 week point? I've really only been following that plan for the runs since I ride with some people on my swim team. Thanks for any advice in advance! |
