Does anyone else feel light headed or dizzy when you are finished swimming. My tranning is going really well and I feel much stronger and faster in the water. However, when I get out, even after a a 100 meter cooldown, I feel lightheaded and even a little dizzy. What could this be?

Most common answer given:  try earplugs.  Worked wonders for me in eliminating that dizzy or light headed feeling.

I have always had that problem even before I started training and would just swim for fun; I just thought it was normal to feel that way. Thanks for the ear plug idea.

Don't underestimate hydration as well. Sounds odd, but your body tempature does rise and you lose do sweat. Especially if wearing a swim cap etc. I keep a full bottle at the end of the pool and will easily finish after an hour+ in the pool. Not sure if main reason of your dizzyness, but may help.
