Second pregnancy - 1 5 km two days before BFP - raced all out 1 sprint tri @ 5 weeks: 400 yd swim, 25 km bike, 5 km run - raced just slightly under all out (swam and biked almost all out, ran at 80-90 %) 1 sprint tri@ 7 weeks: 600 yd swim, 12 mile bike, 5 km run - raced everything slightly below all out. My training consited mostly of running 5 days a week - 4x1 hr runs and 1 long run 1.5-2 hrs. I did this until after the second sprint tri. Morning sickness hit hard at that point so I only ran when I could. |
