Friday July 3rd Windsor

yeah that course from Lespeance rd to the Sandbar is great but that section of Riverside drive to Lesperance will shake all the bolts loose on your bike

I hear that race may end up in Belle River. Apparently they have the Marina booked off, just in case they don't settle the strike in Windsor on time. Has anyone else heard this? It came from a pretty good Belle River source.

Is it safe to bike this course in normal weekday?  Is traffic heavy?







Would it be the same as the belle river course in may?

It is fine...the traffic is a bit heavy but not too bad.

Yorkee.... that is the talk, but I think it is all so up in the air, because of Windsor. I, for one would like to see them change it. I was just recently told that the Marina was booked off for that day. Both Windsor and Belle River races support the same cause, so I don't know what is going to happen.

either 10ish or 2ish... I am staying 9 - 5 and planning to swim/bike/run all day

Hmm, I don't know if those times will work for me. The 12pm time definitely won't - and even 2pm I think is still too early. Sorry about that!! Good luck and have fun.

It looks cold outside so I will probably run in the morning and swim/bike evening when the sun come out... I will start swimming around 2 -3 until maybe 4 at the belle river course and do some biking!
