Subject: 2005 Cervelo P3
I am thinking of buying my first tri-bike, a 2005 Cervelo P3 for $1200. Does anyone have any opinions on this model, and is the price right?

I think the general consensus is that it is one of the best aluminum TT bikes out there.  It's often called the best and better than some lower end carbon bikes.  If it fits and is in good shape, that's a great price.

I bought a 2005 P3 with all DA. It has syntace bars. I paid $950 on ebay. I love it. I still smile every time I see it.
