InStep is a sponsor of the inaugural Milwaukee Bradford Beach Triathlon, which will be held on August 2 at Milwaukee's scenic lakefront. There will be Sprint and Olympic distance events. The Sprint distance includes a .5 mile swim, 12 mile bike and 5K run, and the Olympic distance includes a .9 mile swim, 25 mile bike and 10K run. InStep will coordinate the running portion of the event. If you are interested in volunteering to help on the race course, please contact us. Volunteers will get a free shirt and admittance to the pre-race pasta dinner on Saturday night at the Hyatt in Milwaukee.

typically yes, but i think in this case with InStep and Emery's being involved it will be better. I have talked with both of them and they have both talked with LGES about past concerns and issues and it will be better.................i hope!

That, and there is likely poo generated actual plague in the water. At least I hope they clean up the two feet of crap that you would have to wade past to get into the water. I know they have taken steps to clean up the beach but no way I was stepping in there last summer.
