Essex County Tri club Saturday July 4th 7am swim /ride

Just east of sandpoint beach in Windsor...I will only be doing the ride and not the swim. I'll be there around 7:15am.

Sandpoint beach is @ Florence Ave.

Stop 26 is 1 street East @ Clover.

We generally park to the South side of Riverside Drive on Clairview.

No problem...it was a great ride. We rode for an hour then hookeed up with the decaf club at the second cup in St.Clair Beach @ 9:00am. Great group of ppl if you ever want to go for a group ride!

Any chance you might be doing a early morning swim or bike ( 7:00am-9:00am) this week. I switch to days for two weeks and want to get some OWS swim in. If we swim in Belle River I should have enough time to get ready for work.

This week is looking kinda of crappy for early morning unless you want to get up really early...my wife works on tuesday morning so I would have to be home by 7:00am...Wednesday I work and would have to leave for work by 7:00am also. So if you want to get a really early half hour or so in I am game. Give me a shout back. I will meet you for 6:00 or 6:15 in BR. Tuesday or Wednesday.

A little to eary for me. I won't be getting home until 12:30am-1:00:am in the morning so anything before 7:00am is going to be to early for me.
