Well, I finally started using the HR link on this site, but I'm really not sure what I should be aiming for.  I posted today's run HR data below - any suggestions?  15.5 miles, 3:13. Does it matter that this was a very hilly (3000 feet of climbing), single track trail run?   I was never really breathing hard - legs just got toasted.

Do a search on HR training and you will find a lot of the basics. The numbers won't mean anything without context and that will be specific for you as an athlete. You'll need to do some field testing to try and really establish your zones and then we can help you make sense of what they mean.
