Subject: RE: Hill trainingdon't be fooled into thinking IMWI run course is flat. it's not, it's got rolling hills with a couple sections of nice flat areas but there are at least 5 significant "climbs" (one being on campus and it's a bear ) that you'll do twice on the 2 loop course.
i would recommend training on both. what I did for my long runs was trained on a course that had about 5 miles of flat road at the beginning and end and then had rolling hills in the middle. then I also incorporated force hill runs where I would do hill repeats on during the week 1x per week no less frequent than every other week.
