Subject: Swim length?
I think there is a typo in the BT Races link for this race.  It says the swim is 880 yards which is a half mile but the the actual race link (http://www.dqtridu.com/belmar.htm)
says a 1/4 mile which is actually only 440 yards...

I thought the past couple of years it has been a little more than 1/4 mile - 500 and some yards/meters.

But def more than 1/4 mile and less than 1/2 mile.

546.81 was the number I had in my race reports. that what? - 11 laps (22 lengths) in the pool.

500 meters equals 546.8 yards - just so you can make the transition into a pool and your training.
