Subject: question about bricksSo I'm finally starting to feel good about my upcoming tri (in 6 weeks ). I've done the length of each segment before - and plan on doing at least that length in each one, once-twice/week until the tri. On to bricks: today I did 550 yard swim and 9 mile bike. Last weekend I did 5 mile bike and 2.7 mile run. I felt pretty good for both of them.. My tri is 1100 yard swim, 17.5 mile bike, 3.4 mile run. Should I be doing 1100 yard swim/18 mile bike (easier for me to do round numbers ) and alternate that with 18 mile bike/4 mile run before the tri? Or should I just focus on doing the distances right now, and not worry too much about the bricks? does that all make sense? :-p Edited by rbtrumpet 2009-07-11 11:34 AM
