Sleeveless or Sleeve top?

I normally wear sleeveless tops since I figure there's always the chance that the sleeve could possibly rub something around my shoulder/arm area raw under a wetsuit, and have worn my sleeveless tri top in non wetsuit tris up to the HIM distance without any issues too.  I actually have never raced with sleeves that I can recall in recent years except for adding a sleeved top in a late season tri and wasted an easy 3 minutes trying to get a tight fitting sleeved top on with a wet body, which doesn't work well.
