Subject: RE: Weight Gainer Shakes?I used to use this and loved it, 4 scoops whey protein, vanilla or unflavoured, get a good qulaity whey protein isolate. 1 cup real ice ream not frozen dessert 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 2 banana 1/4 cup honey 3-4cups of milk depending on how you like the consistancy some ice if you like it slushy I cant remember all the numbers perfectly, drink this over the day, not in one sitting, I think in total around 100-120 grams protein, i think around 200grams or so carbs, and around 30 grams or so fat, with 4 cals per 1 gram protein and 1 gram carb and 9 cal for 1 gram fat, puts it around 1000+ cals. Eat good clean food the rest of the day 5 meals or so, depending on starting weight and your goal. Make a good pre workout and post workout meal too. Can get pricey but it is not loaded with artificial sweetners and preservatives a lot of the mass gainers have, there is some real good qulaity food in there.
