Subject: Shark cartlige pills?
I dont have much time to searchthe internet so I was hopeing someone would have a good answer.  I am looking for a proven pill that will help repair cartilige over the long run since im young ive been told its a smart thing to start taking these pills but i also heard that some of them on the market are fake or have little to no effect.  If i were to purchase a bottle which is the best to go with/ which is most proven to work?

I think you would be better off with  Glucosamine and Chondroitin with MSM. 

It has not been scientifically proven but there is an abundance of anecdotal evidence that it an be helpful, much more so than shark cartilage.

Save your money.  THERE IS NO SUCH PILL.
