If my wife were a athletically inclined, I would be posting this on the refrigerator. .   I guess I' know what I'll be doing the night before my 1/2 IM. NOTHING!!!

This could be a good thing. Maybe I should quit my job and promote myself as a "motivator" for women who are racing. Though I'm not so sure about signing on with the German women's track team...don't a lot of them look like Charles Bronson???

Kona, the night before.....here I come! Have blue pills, will travel. Discounted rates for multiple sessions!

That gets me thinking...if sex improves performance, you can't have people not practicing it, right?  What if it sapped the strength of the athlete?  Or if there was a line that couldn't fully be handled prior to the event?  There ought to be some tracking on BT to ensure training volume is adequate in this o-so-important enabler of performance.

Also...can't wait to see people start posting names and other particulars in the 'pre-race routine' section in the race reports.

I've got my first tri on May 22 followed by an Ocean Mile race on May 28. Oh, and Reebok Women's Tri on July 22. The Reebok's should keep you plenty busy.
