October Tri's in the Midwest

I'm slowly accepting that the season I intended at the beginning of the year is mostly getting scrapped due to my stress fracture.  I hope I'll have the green light to run again in August, but that leaves me precious little time to really get ready for what was going to be my last tri of the season, Chicago on August 30th.  I think I would have a good amount of time to ramp up for something in October, but I think that's a bit late (and potentially cold) for the Chicago area.  Does anyone know of a good late season race not too far from the Chicago area, but perhaps somewhat South?
