What is Aqua Bike

It's a swim and then bike only event.. usually going on at the same time as the tri..


not a dumb question either...

they have have swim/run/swim events
and for those that dont' swim   Du's   where it's run/bike/run

I';ve done them when I didn't have good running legs or as a nice well supported training day for HIM's

there are a few that are full IM length   2.4 mile swim,, then 112 bike,, and you are done

most of the ones I've seen are HIM length though.. 1.2 swim 56 mile bike
