Subject: RE: Checklist for first sprint triathlonOne thing I did before my first tri (and still do it ) is make a drawing of how I want to set up my transition area. Towel down, bike shoes on left, with helmet on top, sunglasses in helmet, running shoes on the right with balled up socks on them and number belt and hat on top, etc.... If you can practice your transitions at home, make your drawing, and then when you get there on race day and you are all nervous you can just pull out the drawing to set up your transition area. Have fun and you will get hooked on tris I guarantee!! |
