If rehab, then I wouldn't push it. 2. ) If you push harder today does it effect the next days program? Listen to your body. Maybe the training program you are on is too easy. If you feel good I'd say look for a harder program or maybe even tweek the one you are on. As long as you keep to the basics of it you should reap the rewards. |
