If you've trained religiously to your plan up to this point, I don't see a reason to deviate and add additional speedwork now, in a week that is more about resting your body up for Saturday than anything else.
What specifically were you looking for in terms of suggestions? What nutrition/hydration strategy have you used in training? Should probably stick to what has worked for you up to this point. |
