i am looking to do a 70.3 mile tour de scottsdale october 4th. my longest ride to date has been 20 miles. i have been searching for training plans but no such luck. anyone have a website that would provide some training plans for prepping for a race this long?
Check around for RAGBRAI training plans. Granted it is geared to a multi day tour (7 days to be exact and upwards of 450-500 miles) but you can tailor it to fit your needs.
