Good pool swim with 50-100 meter run to transition wide pool lanes too, the bike course is pretty fast, a handful of steady climbs nothing to bad, lots of tree and plant nurseries to look at while on the bike ,.   The run is fast but has one short steep climb towards the end that will make you dig.  Great poolside party after the race...lots of freebies. Race is about 20-30 min off of the interstate I-24 towards Mcminnville, directions are a little sketchy so I would recommend the GPS or giving yourself an extra 30min just to ensure you find it with plenty of time prior to race.  Otherwise I had a good experience with this race last year.

I have done the race several times and Like he said the bike course is somewhat rolling in sections just like most Tennessee rides. The run course is gently rolling as well with one pretty steep climb. It is one of my favorite swims as far as pool swims watch out for the T1 usually lots of gravel in one section they have done pretty good getting it carpeted off. Have a great race!

Hey Derrick! - Good to meet you too as well as Terry from Crossville. I pulled a 4/12 in my AG. Had a bad T1, don't know why, just lost it, probably lost the "hardware" there too. Live and learn.  Oh well, that'll change for Cedars!
