Compression Race Sleeves and Swimming

I have the Zensah calf sleeves and they are fine for swimming during a race. I don't notice them at all during the swim. They dry quickly so are great for the entire race.

I also have Zoot socks, which I think have somewhat better compression, so i prefer those on my long runs. But you definitely can't wear them in the swim. I tried it once, and they get very soggy and cause alot of drag.

I wear calf sleeves the whole race and found that the actually aid in removing the wetsuit faster, it just slides right off.

Thanks for the kind words! Hey, I just realized you can see my Zensah sleeves in my avatar! I was crossing the finish line of a 1/2 iron race I did in the spring. Well, you can see one of the sleeves that is, lol!
