dont jump right into long runs in these!
i do all of my trainin sockless, but the first few runs in these i had small blisters around the middle of my arch, right where the insole meets the shoe side. same with a bit of rubbing on the heal tab (the new tempo has a diff heal though ).
both of these went away after 1-5 runs dpeending on the shoes.
if the heal tab does bother you, twist it around in your hands for a few min to loosen it up, break it in.
