Subject: 2 hr ride tonight - Aug 6th?
Sorry for the last minute notice, but it appears that it will rain Friday and Saturday.  I was wondering if anybody would like to join me in a 2 hour bike ride tonight (25-30km/hr pace).  We can meet at the Essex Hwy 3 Communter parking lot at 6:30pm (corner of Hwy 3 and Arner Townline).    We can take old Hwy 3 to Leamington and back (25 km each way).

Tracy I wish I would have know about this yesterday. I did a 60k last night. Today I should take it easy.

Stef, do you have a heart rate monitor? Yesterday when I started biking my heart rate was at 190-210 for the first 5 min of the bike ride then it started to come down. Even little hard pushes would shoot it up to 170ish. maybe just watch for that?

Yup.  I hadn't thought of that ... I was doing some yardwork today and all of a sudden started sweating something crazy.     Thanks!
