Tri club near Bolton? C3?

Hi everyone,

I'm totally new and thinking about joining a tri club. I'm not sure but I think the only tri club in my area is the Canadian Crosstraining Club (C3). They look really great but I'm kind of intimidated (ok a lot intimidated). Is anyone here part of C3? I'm wondering if I should train a bit on my own before joining anything. I love the idea of having a group to motivate me and meeting other people interested in triathlon.

I also asked at my nearby Running Room yesterday and she kind of gave me a quizzical look when I mentioned tris, but she did say the Aurora store has a tri clinic. Aurora is too far for me though.
