First tri

Completed my first tri today.  I think I did really well.  I aimed for a time of 2 1/2 hours and finished in 2:22:50.  Walked most of the run, but finished!!!!  I feel like I soooo rock.  Family was there to cheer me on and Mom and my 4 year old daughter ran the last 1/4-1/2 mile with me.  Great feeling, but now sore as HE**!!!  Won't be my last, but will be the last for this year.  Train more and tri for an oly at the end of next season.
