My husband was running west on Olive Chapel at 5:30am this morning. Right after he passed Apex Barbeque some guy yelled for him to "get the f*** out of here" from out of the woods. Luckily he was running with our 90lb dog but he took the voice's advise and high tailed it out of there. He called the police from home to report the incident.  I know a lot of you run this sidewalk and I've seen several women running alone in the morning.  I don't know if it was a drunk in the woods or what but please be careful out there.

advice taken, and passed along to my wife as well.  When they start camping out on the peakway, I'm screwed!

Hmm. I kind of have the urge to go by there every morning in large groups. Can I borrow your dog though?

That sort of thing is uncool, especially if he is doing that to any kids that wait for school buses around there. There are also several people who wait at that corner for carpool rides.
