I've got a fever and the only medicine is Lake Wingra.

..which incidentally might itself cause a fever because it's so nasty.

Anyone want to join?

No can do, but I was in Wingra tonight and it was pretty nice. Once I got passed the buoy line there were no weeds and the water is cool again! Enjoy.

Those crazy LUNA Chix are doing a tire change clinic at 6:00. Oh wait - I'm one of them. That means I have to be there early to help set up and such, which means no swimmy swim for me tomorrow. Sorry! And, I'm out of town next week, so no Thursday swim then, either.

I was going to do a bike/run brick this afternoon. But, I could probably be convinced to do a bike/swim brick. Got to get a bike in - haven't done any of that lately.

I should be up for it. I might be good for 20-30 min. It'd be nice to see some of you again. My last real ows, beyond 11 minutes, was June 26th; haven't put the wetsuit on since June 4th.

Name the time - after 4:15 please if you can.

I was planning to. However, it hinges on my hubbie and child being willing to go hang out there - or at least to pick me up from work and such. So, with the weather what it is, I'm not sure if it's happening or not. Might wait another hour or two to decide.

Due to icky weather and general laziness, the Thursday swim is being postponed to bright and early Saturday morning. How bright and early is still being debated. And someone thinks I need to bring waffles. Hm....

Current Saturday a.m. plan.

6:00 in the drink at Monona Terrace

7:00 a.m. running with Anna from Law Park. Robert and Anna are going 12 miles, I think. I'm going some smaller portion of that yet to be fully decided upon, but not more than 5. Anna will be running 8 or so prior to 7:00.
