After a swim clinic, a video tape session and practice, my swim times are dropping!

My easy-moderate paced 300 yd today was at an average of 1'50"/100 yds.  Previous to this, my easy-moderate pace was hovering around 2:00/100 yds.

My moderate paced 150 yd were all done at an average of 1'45"/100 yds.

I'm feeling much better about my swim.

Nice!! It's great when some improvements to form give you such great, immediate results. You must be a pretty good student! :D

WOW! Awesome Ken! Sounds like money well spent!!!!

My swim times have been getting slower. I think I need some stroke work myself. That or I need a shark up my butt in the pool to make me swim faster.

Is that a discovery tour at SeaWorld?  Come get a shark up your butt to help your swim!

I used to toot my swim horn as well.  But I since I cut out carbonated beverages from my diet, it happens a lot less.
