Subject: Done for the Season Unless someone needs a relay partner
After a great race at Wild Dog I am done for the season. But I just wanted to put it out there that I am available for either the Bike or swim portion of a relay. So if anyone needs either for their relay team let me know.

Hey Shawn -- good to see you this weekend and nice job. I will keep you in mind as a couple of friends were interested in doing the TDD tri up in Douglas, MA.

Good luck with the knee...I am on the beach for a couple of weeks with 12 stitches in my foot from the swim exit.

My feet are all cut up from the swim exit. That was really bad. I saw a lot of people with bandages on their toes.

Thanks, I hope with some weight loss I might have a chance to start running again.
