ASSUMING you are not seriously hurt.
i would get out and try and get a few workouts in, shorter rides/runs/swims if its not open still.
if it was bad at all you are going to stiffen up a LOT, and this iwll help keep things loose.
i crashed 7 days out from a race two weeks ago, and then had a 25 hour drive to get home, then a race the day after.
at all the rest stops i got out and jogged for 10 min and that pretty much saved my legs from being planks. |
