Subject: Taking Metro North to Ride in CT-- where?
My dad lives up near Hartford and I'm in NYC now- we want to meet up for a ride somewhere in southwestern CT off of Metro North. Being from Central CT originally, I don't know many good routes in the area. Does anyone have any suggestions? What stop should we meet up at/where should we ride from there?

While it's quite far from Hartford NYCers should consider a weekend trip to Greenwich especially in summer when Greenwich is practically empty. I live in Westchester and often drive to Greenwich then take the bike for rides on country roads, hills and low traffic.
