I just signed up for my first half marathon.  I entered the 12 week program, but on  the left hand side under the actual vs. planned graph its not showing the planned data which is the yellow color.  I start training for this tomorrow on 8-24.  I don't know if I need to at least complete a week of training first before I see the planned training graph or not.  Could someone help, thanks.

Thank you!  I love this BT site, a friend told me about it, and I think it's just awesome!  I've been doing a lot of running, and some biking, on a indoor exercise bike.  Now i want to get better at swimming, and do a sprint triathlon, thats my next goal.  Just wanted to let you know that this site has really given me the motivation to do things I never dreamed possible.  I just started running in April of this year, and my first 5K race on May 2nd was 26:48.  My last 5K I did on 8-15, and have a new PR of 22:53.  I love everything about this site, and it has really inspired me, so thanks!!!!

Well, today is the first day of training, and the planned data is still not showing on the graph under the planned vs. actual.  Does it take a week before I will see anything?  Any help would appreciated.  Thanks

Ahh...you only have 'miles' in there.  You need to attrribute 'minutes' for runs the AVP graph to work.  And the minigraph is ONLY for trisports (run, bike and swim) - not strength or sports.

So just figure out your avg pace on your runs and calculate the minutes for all of the miles and input them and then it will work.

You can view the AVP graphs of the individual sports by DISTANCE if you go to the GRAPHS link in your log and select AVP and configure appropriately.
