Sponsorship Question

And how does a beginner get a sponsor?  where do I sign up?

Well, my bike is one of my sponsors, but yes I do put other sponsor stickers on my bike as well.

A buddy of mine is a sponsored pro.

He got his main sponsor by printing a bunch of magazine covers showing him crossing a finish line.

Teh magazine was regional but it got the attention of the franchisees at the meeting and he got his sponsorship.

I would try to give your sponsors as much marketing opportunity as possible as a debt of gratitude - either on your jersey or on your bike.

mine are on my bike, helmet, disk, and uniform.

In many cases, NOT putting the stickers on your _____ violates the contract the athlete signed.

If an athlete actually LIKES a product/company they are sponsored by, why would they have quelms about throwing a sticker on their bike?

I appreciate all the feedback. I just love the way shadow looks in all carbon fiber with clear coat stickers. I didnt want to hurt her feelings with outside stickers.
