Subject: Why we do this?
Hello

I started in June 09 training and have completed one race with two more races on the schedule this fall.

I got an email today from my sister in-law asking we questions about AC upgrades at her home in PA.  I live in SC and I am an American Standard heating & AC contractor so I get these questions from friends & family all the time. So I made a call to her local AC dealer to clear up the repair or system upgrades that she needs.

Well anyways at the end of her email she added this sentence.

"I keep following your progress on Facebook – you are amazing to undertake all this (triathlon).  Keep up the fantastic work.  Later!! "

It feels good when I (we) hear this.

Made my day!

Each of you have a good day because each of you are amazing and thanks for all the help you have given me.

Triathlete   Sounds Great!

Cool!

On a side note; yesterday I was on a lunchtime run and went by a home where an HVAC guy was at his truck and an old compressor was in pieces at the curb. From the looks of things he was not a triathlete.

We have issues in our industy no doubt.  I would recommend to everyone that you get a yearly service contract with a locally owned AC service company ( not a large chain type or the one man in a truck kind)

AC repair company's are like lawyers & car mechanics etc.  Its good to have one you know & trust when you need them rather than looking through the phone book when it is an emergency!
