i ran a 7 min mile barefooted on the street, dont worry about why..... over the next few days i had pains in my feet, today i decided i want to go run. So i look down at my feet and on the bottom of each big toe i have like a blood spot? idk they dont really hurt atm but would it be bad to go on a long run. (around 9 miles) for me.

By "hurt bad" you mean how? I have plantar fasciitis when I dont wear enough arch support. It completely ruined a recent trip to NYC when all I wore were flip flops. Or is it pain on the surface??
asphalt tore my feet up for a few weeks while trying barefoot running, with all sorts of blisters and blood blisters. If you had pain in your feet today i'd especially recommend running with some sort of shoe. Or run barefoot in the grass if you can manage to find a course.
When I think of running barefoot, I would usually think of some place like this while singing about the hills being alive.
I can't imagine running barefoot on pavement. Ouch. I think the whole idea is to run and build up the small muscles in your feet to provide you with greater stability later. You don't need to abrade your feet in the process.
