Subject: RE: Teach me About HR trainingYes, you have a relatively good idea of what your RUN LT is now. If you go onto your BT log, there is a part where you can click on HR zones. Then you can put in your LT number and it will lay out your zones. Assuming you use a BT plan, then your workouts may use the zones you've established to regulate effort. Or, you can simply use your pace that you achieved and base your workouts around variations of that pace for different intensity levels. |
