Subject: Training in between sprints

I finished my first sprint last week, and GUESS WHAT? I'm signing up for another one in 2 weeks.

What kind of training should I be doing in between events? I've been consistent this week,  even added some strength training.

Any tips from those in the know?

Other than a rest day or light day after the race, it should be trainign as normal. Then taper last fe days before next sprint with a day off before or a couple shorter sessions last 2-3days. This is very vague since it depends on your fitness level. Some folks just use a sprint as a training day and train hard before and after.
