I may be interested...have a Sprint on Sunday, so don't want to kill it on the 60miler but long ride could be useful givin Austin in a month.  What time are you thinking of leaving (I would vote early like 6:30 or 7ish) so we could be back early.

I plan on late morning as I want the sun to warm things up a bit as saturdays high is in the 60s.  It will also be the first day in WEEKS that I can sleep in....

Okay, I am out...I am also having some heart issues, likely from over training syndrome but coach wants me resting rest of this week and race on Sunday is questionable at this point.  Started in last Sunday's race, which was a poor performance - base rate is much higher than normal 70ish vs my normal of low 40s.  Also max is in the 175-185 range, which is about 30hgiher than normal too.

OMG that is a seriously hard ride! and silly me, I look at the profile on mapmyride and think that after I have climbed wachusett I am done climbing.

WRONG!!!

by the end I was crawling up the tiniest inclines.

I swear who ever did that route found every friggin' road in Massachusetts with the word HILL in it.
